At Game Day Packs, every box is carefully packed and sealed to keep the mystery alive and the excitement real. Because of the nature of trading cards, all sales are final. This is standard practice across the hobby — once a pack is opened or shipped, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on the cards you pull.

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We will provide a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• If your order arrives damaged during shipping
• If you receive the wrong team or sport

If either of these situations happen, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can make it right.

❌ No Returns for Opened Packs

Because every pack is a mystery product, we do not accept returns if you are unhappy with the cards you received. This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the hobby for all collectors and fans.

📦 Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
